As I look around, I see so many people who need our help and as many people who are ready to extend that helping hand. There are many initiatives which are making such amazing difference to those in need - I have personally always contributed to these initiatives since I can see whom I can make a difference to and thus feel more involved.
This blog is an attempt to collate such initiatives and connect them to people who want to help - connecting the dots to make a larger picture, these are the Hands of Hope!
